В Ташкенте состоялась научно-практическая школа «Клинические разборы терапевтических больных. Врач между современностью и прошлым». Организаторами мероприятия выступили Министерство здравоохранения Республики Узбекистан, Представительство фармацевтической компании «Gedeon Richter» в Республике Узбекистан. Доклады представил доктор медицинских наук, профессор Российского университета дружбы народов, руководитель терапевтического отделения частной клиники, врач высшей категории И.В. Егоров. В докладах были представлены 2 клинических разбора: пожилой пациент с сочетанной сосудистой патологией и молодой пациент с сакроилеитом и суставным синдромом. Докладчик представил клинический случай с немолодой женщиной с сосудистой патологией, теряющей память, имеющей артериальную гипертонию, проявление системного атеросклероза. Было рассмотрено как работать врачу терапевту с такой пациенткой, что приоритетно, что второстепенно, как вести такой диалог, как диагностировать такую патологию. В докладе было рассмотрено, что может за этим стоять, как ставить диагноз. Профессор И.В. 15  Европейский конгресс по внутренней медицине собрал более 1200 врачей по внутренним болезням из  Европы и мира в Амстердаме 2-3 сентября. Председатель ECIM 2016 (European Congress of Internal Medicine) профессор Марк Крамер (Mark Kramer)  и президент Европейской федерации по внутренней медицине доктор Фрэнк Бош (Frank Bosch) приветствовали участников на  церемонии открытия конгресса. В его работе   приняли участие 319 делегатов из Португалии и 273 из Турции, 134 из Испании, 85 из Нидерландов, 47 из Румынии и 42 из Великобритании,  в том числе руководители обществ по внутренней медицине Европейского союза, а также делегация Российского научного медицинского общества терапевтов во главе с  президентом  РНМОТ, академиком РАН, доктором медицинских наук, профессором А.И. Мартыновым. В научной программе   были представлены наиболее актуальные темы по внутренней медицине XXI  века, в соответствии с лозунгом конгресса: «Налаживая отношения с пациентом». 12 пленарных заседаний, 24 параллельных секционных заседаний и 2 практических семинара были проведены широко известными клиницистами со всего мира. Профессор Руди Уэстендорп (Rudi Westendorp) из  Центра здорового старения при Университете Копенгагена выступил перед аудиторией с презентацией под названием «Старение человека:   кто находится в зоне риска?», в которой рассматривались инновационные решения по формированию здорового образа жизни и старения с поддержанием активного образа жизни. Профессор Виктор Монтори (Victor Montori) ознакомил участников с трудностями, связанными при осуществлении ухода за пациентами в сложной жизненной ситуации из-за множественных хронических состояний в отношении здоровья. В ходе других секционных заседаний обсуждались вопросы глобального изменения климата, защиты и продвижения интересов пациентов и образования в XXI  веке. Воутер Боз (Wouter Bos) бывший министр финансов и Вице- премьер  Нидерландов представил доклад о современном обществе, изменениях в ожиданиях и влиянии этих факторов на медицинский сектор. В сотрудничестве с Амстердамским свободным университетом (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) и компанией   Phillips  был организован однодневный семинар «Применение ультразвуковых технологий в сфере внутренней медицины» для всех практикующих терапевтов и будущих терапевтов с целью совершенствования их навыков применения ультразвуковых технологий в клинической практике. Организаторы  получили  всего 1023 тезиса от авторов из 45 стран для постерной презентации, состоявшейся во время конгресса. Большинство направленных на конгресс тезисов поступили из Португалии, Испании, Турции, а также   Туниса, Греции и Великобритании. В ходе конгресса   выбрано 3 лучших постера для презентации со стороны их авторов во время специального секционного заседания. Фондом содействия развитию внутренней медицины в Европе (FDIME) были представлены исследовательские гранты 2015 года и вручены награды за 3 лучших постера. Так же как и во время предыдущих конгрессов, самые лучшие доклады о разборе клинических случаев отбирались совместно с группой молодых интернистов  Европейской федерации по внутренней медицине (EFIM) и Европейским журналом «Case Reports in Internal Medicine» («Отчеты о разборе клинических случаев во внутренней медицине»). Помимо вдохновляющих и инновационных лекций, на конгрессе была предложена серьезная игра «The Battle» («Сражение»), которая была представлена в интерактивном формате и разработана отделом   Центра неотложной медицинской помощи Медицинского  центра Университета Эразмус в Роттердаме. Во время этого сражения, команды из 3-4 участников соревновались друг с другом в лечении пациентов с острыми состояниями. Три победившие команды получили призы во время церемонии вручения наград за  лучший постер. Во время конгресс  был организован «Уголок молодого интерниста» (Young Internists Corner),  где проводились разнообразные и интерактивные программы дебатов и встреч с экспертами. Молодые интернисты имели возможность принять участие в дебатах по темам «Мудрый выбор» во время секционного заседания «Конец жизни» с известными экспертами. Двухдневное мероприятие завершилось в субботу 3 сентября с кратким представлением нового президента EFIM, профессора Рунолфура Палссона (Runolfur Palsson), который пригласил участников на очередной Европейский конгресс по внутренней медицине в Милане 1 и 2 сентября 2017 года. Конгрессу было выделено 12 кредитов (CME) непрерывного медицинского образования от Европейского совета аккредитации непрерывного медицинского образования (EACCME) Европейского союза медицинских специалистов (UEMS). More than 1200 internists from across Europe and the world gathered in Amsterdam to attend the 15th European Congress of Internal Medicine on September 2 - 3. Prof. Mark Kramer, the Chair of the ECIM 2016, and Dr. Frank Bosch, the EFIM President, welcomed the participants during the opening ceremony. The largest number of participants came from Portugal (319) and Turkey (273), followed by Spain (134), Netherlands (85), Romania (47) and UK (42).  The scientific program focused on topics relevant for the internal medicine in the 21st century in line with the slogan of the congress: “Connecting with the Patient”. 12 Plenary sessions, 24 parallel sessions and 2 workshops were presented by well know clinicians from around the world. Prof. Rudi Westendorp from the Center for Healthy Aging at the University of Copenhagen addressed the audience with his presentation entitled “Ageing People - Who is at Risk?” discussing the innovative solutions for promoting healthy living and active aging. Prof. Victor Montori presented the challenges associated with caring for patients whose life is complex because of accumulation of multiple chronic conditions. Other sessions included global climate change and health, patient advocacy, and education in the 21st century. Participants at the congress had the honor to listen to Wouter Bos, Netherlands former Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister discussing the modern society, changing expectations and the impact in the medical sector. A one day Ultrasound for Internal Medicine Workshop was organized in collaboration with VUmc Amsterdam and Philips on Sunday 4 September for all practicing internists and internists in training interested to gain proficiency in the use of ultrasound in clinical practice. A total of 1023 abstracts from authors in 45 different countries were accepted for electronic poster presentation during the congress. The greatest number of submitted abstracts came from Portugal, Spain and Turkey, followed by Tunisia, Greece and UK. During the Congress, 3 outstanding posters were selected to be presented by the authors in a special session. FDIME presented the Research Grant for 2015 and awarded 3 best poster awards. Like in previous congresses, the best case reports were selected together by EFIM Young Internists and the European Journal of Case Reports in Internal Medicine. In addition to the inspiring and innovative lectures, the congress offered a serious game “The Battle”, which was introduced using an interactive format developed by the Section of Acute Medicine of the Erasmus University Medical Centre in Rotterdam. During this battle, teams consisting of 3 to 4 participants competed with each other in treating acutely ill patients. The 3 winning teams received their prizes during the Best Poster Award session. During the congress, a Young Internists Corner was organized where varied and interactive program of debates and meet-the-expert sessions were held. The young internists had the opportunity to debate on Choosing Wisely at the End-of-Life session with well-known experts. The two-day event concluded on, Saturday September 3, with a short introduction of new EFIM President, Prof. Runolfur Palsson who welcomed the participants to the next European Congress of Internal Medicine in Milan on September 1 and 2 of 2017. «Новые технологии в диагностике, лечении и реабилитации больных терапевтическими заболеваниями» – этой теме посвящена конференция терапевтов Узбекистана, прошедшая в ташкентском отеле International при участии ведущих ученых и специалистов из стран СНГ. Организаторы мероприятия – Министерство здравоохранения, Ассоциация терапевтов Республики Узбекистан и Республиканский специализированный научно-практический медицинский центр терапии и медицинской реабилитации.  На двух пленарных и четырех секционных заседаниях рассмотрен широкий спектр вопросов, связанных с внедрением новых технологий в профилактике и терапии экстренных состояний при заболеваний внутренних органов,  а также ряд важнейших проблем в кардиологии, гастроэнтерологии, пульмонологии, ревматологии и нефрологии. В рамках форума были организованы два сателлитных симпозиума – «Артериальная гипертензия: фокус на органопротекцию» и «Трипликсам –альянс во имя жизни», а также семинар национальной школы гастроэнтерологов  Узбекистана, школы пульмонологов и ревматологов, прошли дискуссии ученых и практических врачей, в которых участвовали узбекские специалисты и ученые из России, Украины, Киргизстана и других стран. С каждым годом Узбекистан расширяет международное сотрудничество, говорилось, на конференции. Внедрение в практическое здравоохранение международных рекомендаций по программе выявления и лечения болезней внутренних органов на основе разработанных стандартов и новых технологий позволит быстрее интегрироваться   в мировую медицину.   Корр. 14-th European  Congress  of  Internal  Medicine The X Anniversary National Congress of Russian Internists and the 14th European Congress of Internal Medicine (ECIM) On 14- 16 October, 2015, the X National Congress of Russian Internists and the 14th European Congress of Internal Medicine (ECIM) took place at Moscow’s International Exhibition Center “Crocus Expo”. They were organized by the Russian Scientific Medical Society of Internal Medicine (RSMSIM) with the support of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, a general partner of the congress, a pharmaceutical firm GSK Consumer Healthcare, official event sponsors including Dr. Reddy’s, Bayer, Sanofi, Zentiva (a company in Sanofi group) and Takeda. Gedeon Richter and Niarmedik were sponsors of young internists.
